Business types & questionnaire

Per business type, define the pricing tiers, the photo / media uploads expected, the links collected, and the questionnaire fields specific to that type. The client questionnaire reads from this config — Step 8 shows the tiers, Step 4 the links, Step 6 the photo categories, and Steps 2–4 the custom fields. Clients never see this page.
